Start with one workflow.
Describe the workflow that eats the most staff time and the system it lives in. Brian Hadley reads every request and replies by email within one business day.
What to have ready
Four things help.
- The workflow: intake, accounts payable, permits, records, a solicitation, policy lookup
- Volume, if you know it: documents, requests or actions a year
- The system of record, if there is one
- Who owns the decision today
What happens next
- Brian replies by email within one business day.
- A call to walk through the workflow and who runs it.
- A short written proposal for a three-week assessment, sized to your purchasing rules.

Read the work while you waitCommon questions
Asked on most first calls.
- How fast can we have something working?
- A three-week diagnostic picks the workflow and builds the ROI case. The pilot that follows takes 30 to 60 days, so most agencies can see a working system within a quarter of starting.
- Where does our data live?
- In your tenant: Azure and Microsoft 365, AWS or Google Cloud. Munivera doesn't host agency data. Identity, logging and retention stay inside the environment your IT team already runs.
- Do we need an AI strategy first?
- No. Bring one workflow that eats staff time. The assessment measures it and recommends one pilot.
- What does the first engagement cost?
- Rates are proposed, not published. The first engagement is sized to fit common small-purchase thresholds, so it can usually move without a formal solicitation.
- Who approves what the AI produces?
- A named employee. Every consequential action requires a person's approval, and validation code checks every output before a person sees it.
- What does the model actually do?
- One bounded task in each workflow: extract fields, draft text for review, or summarize with citations. Intake, routing, permissions, calculations, logging and approval are ordinary software you can test.
