Who we serve

Public buyers with a back office to run.

State agencies, municipalities, school districts, colleges and public authorities. Usually the CIO, the finance lead, the clerk or the department head, and usually one document-heavy workflow that has outgrown the people running it.

i. State agencies

Statewide rules, local workloads.

Agencies with statewide AI guidance to follow, central IT to satisfy, and more applications, requests and filings than reviewers.

  • Approved-use AI policy and risk tiers that line up with statewide guidance
  • Document processing for grants, licensing and records requests
  • Knowledge assistants over agency policy, regulations and contracts, with citations

ii. Cities and towns

Small teams, every function.

Municipal finance, clerk and permitting offices where a few people carry the whole workload, and where a three-week assessment fits under the small-purchase threshold.

  • Accounts payable, permit intake and records-request automation
  • Board and council packet assembly from the system of record, not from email
  • A staff knowledge assistant over ordinances, policies and minutes

iii. School districts

Seasonal buying, fixed deadlines.

Districts whose business offices run on the school calendar and grant periods, and whose staff already use AI tools without a policy.

  • A staff policy for AI tools before the next board question
  • Document processing for enrollment, HR onboarding and grant reporting
  • Evaluation of AI tools vendors are already pitching, against your data rules

iv. Colleges and universities

Decentralized buyers, one audit.

Campuses where every administrative office runs its own forms and inboxes, and central IT answers for all of it.

  • Governance for AI use in administrative offices
  • Requisition and request intake that routes correctly the first time
  • Contract and policy knowledge assistants with citations

v. Airports and public authorities

Contract files and compliance.

Airports, transit, water and port authorities that run on contract files, insurance certificates and board packets, and answer to federal funders and auditors.

  • Contract-file and insurance-certificate pipelines with expiration alerts
  • Board-packet assembly and records retention from the system of record
  • Determinations and checklists drafted from verified data, signed by staff

Where the inventory starts

The same eight offices, every time.

Document-heavy work is where recoverable staff time is usually largest, so every assessment starts with the same departments and the same measurement.

Where we work

New England first.

Munivera is based in Hagerstown, Maryland, and starts with agencies in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut: a dense set of municipalities, school districts and authorities. Work is remote-first, with on-site walkthroughs where the workflow demands it.

Elsewhere in the U.S., we respond to solicitations for AI assessments, pilots and governance. Munivera is a brand of Infivium Solutions LLC, an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. State veteran and small-business programs need their own certification, and we'll tell you plainly which ones we hold.
