What is one workflow worth?

The same formula every Munivera assessment uses, so the number on this page and the number in the final report are calculated the same way. It's an estimate of recoverable staff capacity, not a quote and not a promise of savings.

§ 01 The calculator

Volume × minutes × rate × automation share.

Recoverable time

2,167 hours

Recoverable capacity

$97,500 / yr

§ 02 How to read it

Capacity, not layoffs.

The result is staff time the workflow would stop consuming: hours that go back to review, exceptions and the work only people can do.

Where the inputs come from

  • Volume: a count from the system of record or a month of logs, annualized.
  • Minutes: timed with the staff who do the work, not estimated by their managers.
  • Rate: salary plus benefits and overhead, from finance.
  • Automation share: the part of each item the pilot could take on, after a person still reviews and signs.

What the assessment adds

Every candidate workflow is also scored on data readiness, integration complexity, records and privacy sensitivity, and political risk. The highest number doesn't always win; the pilot is the workflow that is both valuable and safe to automate first.

Next step

Bring the workflow and the system it lives in.

A three-week assessment measures five to ten workflows like this one and recommends the pilot. It's sized to fit common small-purchase thresholds.
