Specific workflows. Not a citywide chatbot.

Seven offerings, sold by duration and deliverable. The first purchase is a three-week assessment sized to fit common small-purchase thresholds; nothing scales until a pilot is measured.

  • 3 wksThe assessment: one recommended pilot
  • 30–60Days from kickoff to a working pilot
  • 1 stepOf every pipeline is the model

I. Assess and pilot

Find the workflow. Prove it on one.

Find the administrative workflows that cost the most staff time, build a secure pilot in 30 to 60 days, and deploy it in your own environment. The employee still owns the decision.

3 weeksSmall-purchase sized

AI workflow assessment

Five to ten prioritized workflows, an ROI model, data and risk requirements, an architecture recommendation, and one recommended pilot.

  • An inventory of high-volume administrative workflows across core departments
  • A recoverable-capacity ROI model: volume, minutes, labor rate and automation share
  • Scores for data readiness, integration, records, privacy and political risk
  • An architecture that deploys into the agency tenant
  • One recommended 30–60 day pilot with a before-and-after metric
45 days

Government knowledge assistant

Secure retrieval over ordinances, policies, contracts, minutes, SOPs and handbooks, with citations the employee checks before acting.

  • Retrieval over the agency's approved document set
  • Citation-backed answers rather than unsupported summaries
  • Role-aware access that follows existing permissions
  • An evaluation set built from real staff questions
  • Staff training and operating notes for the pilot
45 days

Procurement intake and solicitation agent

Requisition intake, completeness checks, policy lookup, scope drafting, a procurement-path recommendation, and a review package for the purchasing director.

  • Intake that captures a complete request before work begins
  • Completeness and threshold checks against local procedure
  • Policy lookup with citations
  • A draft scope and recommended procurement path
  • A review package the employee signs, not the model
45–60 days

Document processing automation

Intake, extraction, classification, routing and drafting for accounts payable, permits, grants or records requests.

  • Document intake and classification for one named workflow
  • Extraction into the fields your system of record already uses
  • Routing rules that match existing approvals
  • Draft outputs for employee review
  • An accuracy test set built during the pilot
3–4 weeksOften the first purchase

AI governance and readiness

An approved-use policy, data classification, risk tiers, vendor evaluation criteria, employee-review rules, and a roadmap the CIO and counsel can stand behind.

  • An approved-use policy staff can follow
  • Data classification and risk tiers
  • Vendor evaluation criteria for AI tools
  • Employee-review rules for consequential actions
  • A sequenced roadmap instead of a chatbot RFP

II. Deploy and operate

A pilot that isn't operated will drift.

Production means the work runs in your tenant, with identity and retention your CIO already understands. Munivera doesn't own or host agency data.

3–6 months

Production deployment

The pilot, deployed: SSO, permissions, integrations, audit logging, monitoring, accessibility, training and documentation inside your environment.

  • SSO and role-based permissions
  • Integrations with the systems already in use
  • Audit logging that supports records requests
  • Monitoring for cost, quality and drift
  • Accessibility, training and exit documentation the agency owns
Monthly

Managed AI operations

Model changes, evaluations, prompt and document upkeep, connectors, cost and accuracy monitoring, and support after go-live.

  • Evaluation runs on every model or prompt change
  • Prompt and document-set maintenance
  • Connector and integration care
  • Cost and accuracy monitoring
  • Named support for the staff who own the workflow

What we won't sell you

Fewer promises, kept.

  • A citywide chatbot. We automate named workflows with measured volume, not "AI for the whole organization."
  • Hourly staff augmentation. Engagements are sold by deliverable and duration, not by the seat.
  • Hosting for your data. Systems run in your tenant. We don't keep copies.
  • A model where a rule belongs. Thresholds, routing and permissions are code you can test.
  • A transformation program. If you need one, we're the wrong firm.

The first engagement is a three-week assessment, sized so it can usually move under a small-purchase threshold without a formal solicitation. Bring one workflow and the system it lives in.
