FARGPT: multi-agent AI for acquisition
A multi-agent platform for FAR/DFARS navigation, protest research and solicitation work. Munivera applies the same retrieval and citation patterns to state and local procedure.
The problem
Contracting officers and industry teams spend hours navigating the FAR and DFARS, case law and solicitation documents by hand. The regulations cross-reference each other, case law reinterprets them, and the answer a professional needs is buried three documents deep. A generic chatbot makes it worse: it answers confidently without showing where the answer came from.
What was built
- A multi-agent platform where each agent owns one bounded domain: FAR/DFARS navigation, GAO protest research (CasePoint), acquisition procedures and acquisition news. No single agent is asked to know everything.
- Solicitation parsing that has grown into generation: the current direction produces complete solicitation packages rather than answers to questions.
- A commercial product with individual, team and enterprise tiers, positioned separately for government and industry audiences.
Bounded tasks. Verifiable output. A source on every answer.
Why it matters
Munivera's government knowledge assistant and procurement intake agent are the state and local versions of this architecture, pointed at state procurement codes, local ordinances and cooperative contracts instead of the FAR.
